Booking Cancellation Policy.
Please note – by making a booking with D’Aguilar Wildlife Pty Ltd, either via web booking form or by email you are agreeing to the below cancellation policy.
If you cancel your booking with 7 days or less notice, there is a 50% cancellation fee based off the total booking price. If you cancel your booking with 24hrs or less notice, there is a 100% cancellation fee of the total booking price.
We can however reschedule your booking, subject to availability, in the event of wet weather, illness or any other unforeseen circumstances.
That is, we will hold the above cancellation fees as a credit for you to use within 12 months.
